I am an Innovation Leader, Academic Mentor, and Startup & Incubation Specialist with 9+ years of experience building high-impact student innovation ecosystems and converting ideas into nationally recognized solutions. Over the last 5 consecutive years, I have mentored 9 Smart India Hackathon (SIH) winning teams, consistently delivering results at one of India’s most competitive national innovation platforms. Under my mentorship, student teams have generated ₹25+ Lakhs in funded innovation impact, addressing real-world problems in healthcare, elderly care, sustainability, education, mobility, and smart infrastructure. My work lies at the intersection of Innovation Leadership, IoT, Robotics, Industry 4.0, AR/VR, AI/ML, and EdTech, with strong expertise in hackathon strategy, product prototyping, TRL advancement, and startup incubation. I have successfully secured funding from AICTE, Ministry of AYUSH, TNSCST, and industry partners, and have contributed to 24 patents, 23 research publications, and 3 books. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET), I also hold key leadership roles including Smart India Hackathon College Coordinator, IIC Innovation Ambassador, and founder of the Society of Automation and Robotics Club, where I actively build industry-linked problem pipelines and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
