- Preparation of documents specific to human resources (CIM, addenda, sheets job description, attachments, and other certificates) for recruited candidates; - Providing support regarding labor legislation and communication of changes legislative to the company's staff; - Transmission to authorities (AJOFM, Health House, etc.) of documents specific, according to the legislation in the field; - Checking timesheets, sick leaves and CO days; - Updating the company's employee database and personnel files; - Preparation of retirement and pre-retirement files of all employees LIBERTY Galati. - Operating in SAP; - Preparation of documentation related to disciplinary committees according to the procedure Internal; - File management for employees on parental leave and process monitoring; - Archiving personnel files for all employees of the company in accordance with the company's internal procedures and applicable legislation; - Streamlining the process of filling in the necessary documents.

- Coordination of a team of 10 people; - Recruitment and preparation of forms of employment/termination; - Product quality monitoring.
