On a daily basis, reviewed/examined hundreds of documents such as memos, letters, e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and other e-documents, to determine whether the information compromised clients' Personal Identifiable Information.

Re-negotiated and re-issued Bank of America’s Credit Support Annexes (CSA’s) which fell into scope for the ISDA Working Group on Margin Requirements margin rules. Provided support during triage and data quality issues remediation of the uploaded data and dealt with counterparty queries following pre-negotiation client communication.

Team Leader for a group of 4 that is responsible for the timely issuance of all equity derivative confirmations for North America. Provide support to Front Office and clients for updates and status of confirms. As a contractor for the Equity Derivatives Documentation team, I help reduce the team’s workload of trade confirms to draft and amend while adhering to proper legal parameters, as well as managing our clients expectations. Member of the Commodities Physical Documentation team that is responsible for the checkout, confirmation, and drafting for various physical products. In particular, the team is responsible for accurate risk checkout and timely drafting of physical base metal, structured electricity, structured natural gas, and oil transactions. These responsibilities also involve providing support to traders, sales and marketers regarding client documentation issues and liaise with Legal Department to agree upon acceptable language for documentation. In addition to these tasks, the team also focuses on new technology and business initiatives.

Collaborate with legal, sales traders and structurers to represent the firm's derivative product legal risk through creation of ISDA documentation of vanilla and structured derivative transactions while demonstrating technical acumen and accuracy ensuring confirmations utilize the appropriate ISDA Definitions, Supplements and MCAs.
