* Profiling of permeability and efflux for compounds requested by all US Pfizer sites using 96 well formats to ensure significant cost savings for time, materials, and personnel. * Performed Secondary studies for elucidation of compound efflux to determine in vivo profiling needs. * Taught in-house classes on performing and interpreting permeability and efflux assays to achieve increased personnel understanding of assay results . * Developed the upside down method of plating cells to reduce non-specific compound binding problems. * Isolated the RRCK cell line that was used in the passive permeability studies which shows no P-gp efflux. * Developed the cassette dosed high throughput compound passive permeability assay that reduced assay cost to enabling primary compound screening. * Team leader for the development of an in silico model to predict compound passive permeability from the screen data.
