Mein beruflicher Weg führte mich von Katjes (Ausbildung), über Dolorgiet (Produktentwicklung) und Zentis (Produktionsleitung) zu Silesia. Hier startete ich als Leiter der Anwendungstechniken und konnte nach ca. 5 Jahren zum Leiter Marketing/Anwendungstechnik aufsteigen. Nach vielen Jahren - auch mit internationalen Aufgaben - übernahm ich in 2019 die globale Leitung der Anwendungstechniken, die ich bis heute wahrnehme. Ich habe nach wie vor Spaß in einem solch dynamischen Unternehmen zu arbeiten und den Weg zum Erfolg mitgestalten zu dürfen.
