I’m a People & Culture professional with hands-on experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement. Currently, I work as a People & Culture Intern at Aumnee, where I support end-to-end hiring, onboarding processes, and internal culture initiatives. My role involves coordinating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience. Previously, at Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., I worked on a high-volume recruitment project via Naukri.com, where I managed and screened a database of 12,000+ resumes. This experience strengthened my skills in large-scale hiring, candidate shortlisting, and recruitment process optimization. I’m a Management graduate from Jain University with a strong interest in talent acquisition and people operations. I enjoy working in fast-paced environments and am keen to grow in roles that focus on hiring, HR operations, and building effective people practices.
