Administrative responsibility for Sourcing , Logistic and IT departments & facilitating other functions , I am involved with following major activities. - Working as a strategic partner to the CEO in achieving defined objectives. - Playing a key role in increasing turnover and profitability of the company. - Highlighting key areas to improve the profitability and Cashflow for the organisation. - Dealing and presenting company to Private Equity funds for exploring the possibility of Strategic partnership or Private Placement of Equity. - Conducting Board Meetings and presenting company’s performance and financial details during the meeting. - Setting up Internal Audit department and ensuring good internal controls are in place at all locations and also ensuring all Internal Audit recommendations are implemented at all locations. - Designing, Implementing, Measuring and Monitoring policies and procedures for internal controls and accounting. - To design and implement Factory based reports for the Production, wastage monitoring & reduction and improvement in production efficiency. - Screening New Projects , Conducting financial feasibility studies and preparing project reports to assess viability of projects on economic and technical grounds. - Responsible for all Internal Management Reporting and Reporting requirements of PE Fund ( Monthly Report, Preparation of Budgets & many other reports ) - Overall responsible for controlling & reducing the Variable and fixed costs - Overall Responsible for the working Capital management and Banking / Fund raising. - Taking care of all Legal & Compliance - Effective management of Statutory Financial audit, Tax & GST audit - Oversee Indirect Taxation function with the help / support of Consultants.
