Having spent several years within the Change Management industry in many different operational roles, I am now in a position to bring my business experience and expertise in this area to this new career. I have always believed that customer service and personal contact are key aspects in making a strong sales team and working closely with their colleagues as well as customers. It is important for me to work in the local area and be involved with all business activity so they can provide the best possible service to our residents.
