Projects: • Dynamic simulation of LNG terminal unloading line – Engineering study for the PSV pop-up scenario during draining, SHELL Hazira, India. • Dynamic Simulation of Fuel Gas System - Engineering study of load handling capacity of the boilers in various scenarios, Saudi Aramco Total Refinery Project, Jubail (JERP), Dailem. • Dynamic Simulation of Air and Nitrogen distribution network - Engineering study of utilities system consisting of Steam, Instrument air and Nitrogen distribution, Saudi Aramco JERP, SKEC, Korea. OTS Projects: • Model Engineer for Operator training simulator for refinery, oil and gas processes. • Dynamic simulation of the real plant and its tuning to match the steady state and dynamic behavior. • Evaluation of the Steady State Pro-II models for OTS development. • Integration of the simulation models with ESD Logics, development and integration of sequencing logics to the models. • Client interactions for model testing and acceptance. • Man hour estimation and project management support to the Manager. • Engineering studies performed include validating design and predicting pressure profile in the boiler flue gas ducts after process upsets for implosion study for Bechtel and Cummins and Barnard. • Sub-sea pipeline flow capacity/flow and pressure drop study for continuously changing quality and quantity of oil produced from oil wells of Oxy Thums. • Study of PID’s and PFD’s of design projects, assisted in writing the reports on steam studies performed for Mustang, SNEC.

• Studied the qualitative flow sheet of a process using the dynamic simulation software • Assisted design engineers in product development and performance of Invensys proprietary software Dynsim
