During my decade at CMC Ltd, I worked at the forefront of India’s rapidly evolving IT landscape, gaining hands-on experience with computing systems ranging from legacy mainframes to emerging client–server technologies. My role was a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and client service for mission-critical environments. Key Contributions & Achievements: Provided IT infrastructure support and managed computing systems for government and enterprise clients, ensuring high availability and performance. Led projects involving installation, configuration, and maintenance of mainframes, minicomputers, and early networking systems. Guided cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues under strict deadlines. Trained and mentored junior engineers, building technical capability within the team. Collaborated with senior stakeholders to align IT solutions with organizational needs, contributing to improved efficiency and cost savings.
