Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients, Implementation Partners in the US. • Hand’s on working experience with different ATS (Applicant tracking system) like CEIPAL, Oorwin, Prohires etc. • Working closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers and will participate in regular Interaction/daily meetings with team to discuss on the requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations etc. • Identifying the right candidates through extensive use of Job portals, Employee Referrals and Personal network etc using different search techniques such as Boolean strings. • Active Search: Resume search of active candidates from job boards such as Monster, TechFetch, Dice and LinkedIn. • Passive Search: Search for candidates on free job boards, social networking sites, using advanced AIRS techniques to identify candidates through search engines, resume aggregators, groups etc. • Screening resumes and conducted pre-screen interviews and preliminary technical assessments of candidates and Segregation of profiles to suit the client requirements. • Negotiate the appropriate pay rates, discuss about the notice period, relocation, and collect professional references. • Formatting the resumes in our client’s required formats. • Collecting the professional references, RTR and submission details along with required documentation and prepare submittal documents for each shortlisted candidate and will share it with the account managers • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, scheduling the interviews, interview preparations, and updating feedbacks from hiring managers. • Remain in regular contact with the finalized candidate for the period till he/she join the project. • Build professional relationship with candidates to truly understand what motivated them to help them succeed. • Worked in all types especially W2, C2C, 1099, C2H and Full-Time jobs.

• Good experience in consultant, employers, vendor negotiation management. • Job Portals- Experience on inter base recruiting tools (Monster, DICE, Tech fetch, Carrier Builder)and LinkedIn. • Responsible for preparing search strings, sourcing consultants and short-list the resumes • depending on the requirements. • Speak to the consultants/employers regarding their technical skills, interest, availability and • convince them regarding pay rates, relocations. • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms. • Take the preliminary round of interview evaluate the communication skills and suitability of the • candidate. • Experience in dealing with visa’s like, US Citizen, GC, GC EAD, H1 B, H4 EAD, TN, L2 EAD, H1Transfers, OPT etc. • Negotiation rates on W2, 1099, C2C, CTH and Full-Time salary as well with consultants and their prospective employers. • Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualification meets open positions.
