With over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, I have developed a versatile skill set that consistently delivers results beyond expectations. I am currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Salesforce.org, where I collaborate closely with clients and developers to understand their business needs and design tailored use cases for customers across the EMEA region. Prior to this, I was part of the Salesforce Customer Success Management/Consultant team, where I played a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring the success of various projects. Before joining Salesforce, I spent over 6 years as a Senior Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, where I received multiple accolades, including the Bravo Award twice, as well as numerous commendations from both customers and managers. I am also a proud graduate of the Salesforce Accelerate Program, a year-long course focused on People Management. Certifications: I hold over 15 Salesforce certifications spanning various domains, including Administration, Development, Marketing, and Analytics, reflecting a deep and comprehensive expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem. In addition, I am proud to hold the title of Four-Star Ranger, further demonstrating my commitment to excellence.
