Handpicked to the 4 member Global Advisory Board to shape HP’s sales and business model re-invention. Implemented Service GTM and Digital Business Unit across the world.

Responsible for HP’s business in India - ~$2.5Bn P&L for products, solutions and services, leadership of 8000+ employees engaged in sales and service (B2B and B2C), HP R&D, HP manufacturing plant, back office operations in finance, customer support, supply chain, analytics and data management. Member of HP India board, stakeholder management, corporate governance. Set up a manufacturing plant, a 1st for any IT MNC in India.

Drive company’s performance across all business units – products, solutions and services, growth strategy and execution, business planning, end-to-end operations (commercial as well as business operations). Accountable for customer, partner and employee experience.

Responsible for ~$500Mn P&L of software and services business and for managing Microsoft’s relationship with policy makers, customers across all verticals/segments and business partners. Member of the EPG Global strategy council to shape emerging market product, services and sales strategy.

Responsible for product, solution and service revenue and profitability for customer segments of Global, Enterprise, Public Sector and SMB through direct sales team as well as partner ecosystem. Revenue increased 8X to 600Mn, team size expanded 3X. Won and executed many large solution and services projects – banking and finance industry, railways, telecom, manufacturing, education, central and state government departments Led the integration of Digital-Compaq merger and the acquisition of Compaq by HP.
