With close to two decades of expertise in global tech and business recruiting and HR, I have led recruiting teams and leaders across APAC, UK & US. I excel in building, scaling & enabling GCC's, Start ups, Dev centres from 0-2000+ hiring mandates, while partnering and advising C suite and SLT on Hiring trends, market intelligence, recruiting strategy, new markets, employer branding, cost arbitrage, quality and scale while also cross functional partnership. I currently lead talent acquisition as the global recruiting Leader at ABC Fitness. Our team focuses on hiring top-tier engineering talent, including SDE2, SDE3, principal engineers, and AI/ML specialists, while scaling operations and fostering diversity and inclusion. I also am part of the site leadership and have close to 10 years of experience in organisational leadership and mentoring leaders across HR, Tech and other functions.
