I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT professional with extensive hands-on knowledge of ITIL Process Management including Change/Release Management and Service Desk. During my career so far, I have demonstrated exemplary competencies in discharging my responsibilities to deadline(s) and schedule(s) I have a strong ITIL background with proven capabilities in proactive Change and Release Management. I also have experience in Client Servicing, Consultancy, People Management, Team management and fast learner. A keen planner and having good analytical & relationship management skills. Ability to handle pressure. My exposure to ITIL has been extensive and I have always been considered an important team member and team player. I have been using various tools in my ITIL roles like CA Unicenter Service Desk, Pedegrine Service Center and Remedy. I was also responsible for maintaining the process documentation and updating the processes and procedures for time to time. I am known for my ability to show initiative in a busy paced environment.
