Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring solutions like AppDynamics, analyze logs, and resolve issues across the entire application stack. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, operations staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth software delivery and infrastructure management. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation, including wiki pages and topology diagrams, to support team knowledge and system understanding.
