• Developed conceptual and preliminary design of two stage deep sea manganese nodule mining system rated for 6000 m ocean depth • Developed flexible riser system (Solid Crusher, Screw feeder, Positive Displacement pump-system integration) for 6000 m water depth and tested at the depth of 200 m successfully • Developed deep water hydraulic pressure sensor (diaphragm based) for slurry flow transportation • Carried out preliminary, hydrodynamic design of AUV • Calculated pressure load, thickness required, selected material, carried out FEA analysis and manufactured Underwater high pressure enclosures (600 bar external) • Developed underwater soil (dynamic) tester – Vibratory Soil Testing Assembly (ViSTA). • Hydraulic system design and power management of deep sea crawler and solid handling equipments such as crusher, screw feeder and KOS solid pump. • Conceptual design, preliminary design , 3D CAD modelling, Meshing (Grid generation) and CFD analysis of Autonomous underwater vehicle. • Land based testing of deep sea mining system and data analysis using sensors, DAC systems and LabView. • Involved in system and process level FMEA for deep water hydraulic system. • Procurement, Assembly, Supervision and Maintenance of Production facility. • Made technical and commercial presentations, tender documents and reports.

• Developed a Supersonic Wind Tunnel of Mach No.3-3.5 which involved CAD and CFD (Mesh generation, Simulation and post processing) • Designed and tested the Aerodynamics laboratory equipment • Developed 1 & 0.5 kW Vertical Axis Wind Turbine • Made technical and commercial presentations, reports and tender documents • Created, maintained the vendor relations and supervised the production facility
