I have rich experience in International Banking, Branch Banking Sales and Operations, Trade Finance and Forex sales and operation, Credit Appraisal, Underwriting and Administration, Cross Sale of Wealth Products, Corporate Banking and Function, Regulatory and Risk Compliance functions etc I have very good exposure in product conceptualizing and implementation, Process and Compliance Function. I have exposure to creat and implement industry best practices & strategy in organization. I have good exposure functions of Retail, SME and Corporate Banking and asset functions. I have extensive knowledge of the regulatory policies, compliance and provisions of various statutory acts including rules and regulations relevant to foreign exchange and Trade Finance. Prior to my present assignment, I was associated with Nugeni Capital Corp.,PNG as a Director - Consulting. The Responsibilty include giving direction to the group's exposure to new geography and avenue of Financial and Banking including multilateral finance arrangements. The responsibility include organic and inorganic growth of business in banking and finance segment in different geography and product sphere including Neobank and Fintech.
