Production planning and control activities of Gulf Packaging plant, consisting of 4 BOPP, 1 CPP, 4 Metallizing Production Lines. Managing production capacities of more than 420 MT / day. Product wise planning of orders across the entire production facilities considering their capacities and constraints Responsible for optimum utilization of available resources, infrastructure and production capacity. Provide strong Sales & Operations interface. Ensure smooth management of entire value chain from order receipt to dispatches with balanced approach between production efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Monitoring and controlling FG and WIP inventories to keep check on working capital. Coordinate with supply chain, production planning and sales team and align them with organizational goals. Monitored daily Line and Slitting Production, comparing Target vs Actual output to ensure performance alignment and identify variances.

Managed Production planning and related activities of Hyderabad unit having volume of approx. 4500 MT/month. Manage production planning and scheduling for on-time delivery Oversee production planning and management activities Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specification Plan work flow and schedules for production departments. Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

Preparing Line production plans & slitting plans for (CPP, METALLISER & THERMAL Films) on daily basis. Daily communication with marketing persons regarding current order and expected orders for better planning. Monthly MIS report Inventory control Minimum and maximum level. Co- ordination with Marketing Department for Final Dispatch plan Complete responsibility Authority for production plan control. (PPC) Complete responsibility of packing. and export stuffing plan and export packing Dispatch plan daily to achieve monthly target. Going through Corrective & Preventive action for Continuous improvement of product. and services Make salvaging plan for rejected material by Quality department In slitting worked with lowest waste within 5 to 6%

Managing completely packing materials & inventory to packed & dispatch smoothly on time. Coordinate with purchase team to arrange the packing materials timely. Coordinate with marketing Export & Domestic team for clearance and smoothly dispatches. Coordinate with international logistic for arranging Export Containers. Coordinate with production team for produce the material as per Cust requirement. Focus always on packing cost and reductions as well. Container planning specialist.
