Looking after complete Rollout & Operations of own IP-I Fiber Optic network ( Approx. 58000 KM).Leased dark fiber to all telecom operators, ISPs & Defence also. Also handling new Govt. projects (Approx. 60000 km BSNL, BBNL, & PSUs) of Building Optical network. Build India’s first 100 G optical network. Also KAM & Head of Birla Visabeira Pvt. Limited ( JV of MP Birla Group & Visabeira Global Portugal) for Indian operations. Visabeira Global is from Portugal & global leader in FTTH & have presence in entire Europe, Africa& USA. In India developing own IP-I Fiber Optic network in East India & leased to various operators& ISPs.

Lead a high level network strategy planning team to create the network strategic and operations plan for OFC network. Deploying an OFC network for Indian Army & Air force (Defence). Major responsibilities are-  Oversee the selection and contracting process for network related equipment and services. Ensure that the team leverages the business opportunity with vendors to maximize the planning and support services included in vendor bid packages.  Manage the design and build of all network components.  Oversee all facets of network operations including telephony service and support infrastructures for billing, CRM, etc.  Engaged in rollout of 5400 km fiber network for defence NFS project. Looking out Rollout & operation of north India mainly in UPU, Rajasthan & MP.  Responsible for complete business, including all supplies (OFC, EQUIPMENTS) & services along with revenue collection.

Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. Leads and directs the following functions and/or business units: operations, human resources, new business development & deliver to customer, Kiosk business & new network development & operation. Strategic and tactical business plan, product and process development focus and account abilities, both internal and external to the organizations, which have achieved “World Class” recognition within served markets. Continuously growing, developing business with target of $ 50 Million with support of strong team in India & Abroad.  Built turnkey telecom projects along with passive infra in Myanmar, Thailand, India, Nepal etc. for various operators mainly Telenor , Ooredoo & True Telecom.

Define and initiate projects, and assign Project Managers to manage cost, schedule, and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program. Planned & Rollout of 5000 Cell sites & 3875 km Fiber Rollout in Phase -I. Already acquired more than 3000 cell sites. Also taking up all Regulatory norms as per Country’s rules & regulations. Planned to rollout DWDM network for entire country. Planned to rollout more than 6880 km fiber backbone along with railway track of Myanma Railway in Phase I & II. The job responsibility includes, Management and PM responsibilities included the entire technical and commercial spectrum of tasks, all regulatory compliance, proposal management, budgeting, estimating and scheduling, engineering & design, work preparation, negotiations and subcontracting, procurement and logistics, supply chain management, implementation, site acquisition and permitting, controlling, quality control, safety, project & operation troubleshooting, training & development of local team.

Start up the roll out & created network in 5 telecom circles. Delivered operational excellence & best in class network. Received best network services & quality award three times in three years in a row. All technical & regulatory complaisance.

Headed UP East & West circles & responsible for business development, project roll out & operation of Cell sites (Passive Infra GBT & RTT). Awarded as Best Circle Head among all circles and rated as Star Performer. As a Circle Business Head of UP East & West done excellent business development & ensured 100% site Tenancy with 1.6 tenancy ratio. Bagged substantial additional business from customer by maintaining highest level of customer relationship. Controlling and Allocating CAPEX & OPEX for various activities of project of circles as per business plan. Optimized Infra cost by using advance techniques & designing.

Started project Deployment of UP East & West circles as officiating General Manager (Projects since April 2005) Responsible Network building (Cell sites & Fiber BB & Access) of UP (E) & (W) of TTSL CDMA project, starting from site acquisition to complete Integration& radiation of site .Received Gold Trophy for fastest rollout among all 18 circles of TTSL in India. Executive member of corporate material planning and procurement committee. Based on network plan acquired 2500 cell sites, in both the circles. Rolled out more than 2000 Cell sites/towers (GBT, RTT) sites, along with complete Infrastructure. Rolled & operated out entire fiber backbone (Approx. 10000 KM), DWDM & MPLS network of UP East, UP West Circles. Rolled & operated out more than 4000 km of (MAN) Access fiber network.

Executed MTNL’s CDMA project of Delhi & Mumbai circles of 400 K lines (more than 250 BTS) in each circle. Controlling & Coordinating with Project team Contractors & Client. Developed two new CDMA networks.

As a KAM responsible for entire business development & project rollout of 2250 BTS sites, 8 BSCs & 5 MSCs in Punjab, Haryana & HP. Controlling & Coordinating with clients & Project Managers, Contractors, managing entire P&L business.

Implementation In-charge of GSM Project for Karnataka Circle Hutchison Project 4th Operator with 1075 cell sites in first phase. Responsible for all Equipment (BTS & MW) Rollout along with all infrastructures works. Engaged in rollout of cell sites with complete infrastructure along with Installation & Commissioning of MSC, BSC along with development of entire power system. Worked in Andhra, Karnataka, Chennai & in Sri Lanka
