Preparing Annual ,Monthly Sales Budget & Adherence of the same. Strong Customer connect - Dealing with OEM'S like TML,GMI,FIAT,M&M & TKML. Generating RFQ'S , Preparing quotes with the help of CFT comprised of Engg ,ME, PM , NPD-Purchase & Finance. Responsible for Order Bookings. Responsible for preparing Strategy -Short Term , Mid Term & Long Term basis aligned to the company vision & mission. Competition Mapping & presentation to Board. BD-Tech presentation to Higher Management & Board. Responsible for CSAT across the BU.

Responsible for Plant Operation Management @ Pune , Sanand & Bangalore. Overall responsibility for the plant performance in terms of Financials (Ebidta and P&L), Production, Planning, SCM, Purchase, Costing -Commercials, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Accounts, HR, Admin and external environment. Manage and lead team of Functional HODs in the Plant. Conflict Resolution, Prioritization setting, Strong Communication Skills. Conceptualize, Plan and Execution of all the operational activities in the plant with ability to involve, convince and engage all functions for a common goal. Ensure standardized processes across the plant with robust review mechanism through Accountability Meetings and Functional MIS reviews. Act as Factory Manager, Strategic Business Unit (SBU) with regular Customer and Business Interaction. Ensure 100% On-time and In-full (OTIF) for the complete unit and manage Profit & Loss Account. Initiate cost reduction projects enhance productivity/ efficiency and OEE. Ensure compliance to quality, safety and legal requirements with thrust on BS OHSAS, TS 16949, 14001:2004 etc. Ability to implement Lean Management, QMS, TPM ,5S, 3M and other manufacturing excellence practices across plants. Ensure direct connect with all the customers to address customer issues proactively. Preparing & adhering Sales (P&L) and Operational budgets ( Ebidta ) through daily and weekly review mechanism. People Management - Responsible for Motivation and Employee Engagement Scores of BU. Cascading BU Balance Score Card , Responsible for preparing short term and long term startegy, Competition analysis, Technology road map, Customer satisfaction measurement, Sales Growth through increased value addition , flaw less program management and enhancing customer relationship.
