* Duties *  Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance services. *  Assisting the network manager with support requests. *  Troubleshooting and resolving the issues if found any defects in Computer hardware *  Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software. *  Travelling to client sites to help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting. *  Management of the daily data backup and retrieval scheme. *  Installing windows , Server OS on clients request *  Installation of other computer utilities and firewall security *  TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair.

* Duties *  Assisting the Accountant. *  Generating Payroll slips for the workers *  Day To Day Monitoring *  Updating contractor information within the recruitment database *  Monthly preparation of invoices. *  Assisting in credit control. *  Assisting the administration team in updating HR insurance information for contractors.

* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and etc *  planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades *  talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems *  responding to breakdowns *  investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults, repairing equipment and replacing parts *  supervising junior engineering and technical staff *  obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings *  maintaining records of software licenses *  managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies. *  setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues *  responding within agreed time limits to call-outs *  testing and evaluating new technology *  conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
