As an Assistant General Manager & Regional Head of Pune was controlling more than 35 branches and was closely associated with Builders in developing Real estate growth in terms of Home loans and loan against property. The KRAs included growth in SME, Personal, Auto and Home loans growth in addition to cross selling, compliance and NPA management. Achieved the goals and was felicitated as Best Regional Manager twice during the 3 year tenure
