Worked as Corporate Manager and was responsible for all four units of company located at Vadgaon, pimpri, vasai & Baddi. Major updation done in the following area - to prepare the SOP, Qualification of area and equipments, stability studies, CER system, pack line updating, biometric attendance system, reducing the overtime, handling of workmen’s union problems, appointing new security, interviewing the new employees, cost saving by doing bulk purchase and rate contracts etc. Left litaka for rejoining to Cipla as called back for new project work–Unit III.

During my association with Cipla Ltd, Emcure Pharma, Litaka Pharmaceuticals, Indchemie Health Specialties, I have acquired widespread exposure in production (dispensing, granulation, compression, coating and packing), QC, QA, Export Co-ordination, planning, assistant to factory manager and contract manufacturing.
