I have over 28 years of experience in shaping the growth and modernization of the Plastic Moulding industry. My journey started with a Mechanical Engineering foundation in 1995-Moradabad, and gradually evolved through leadership roles in globally respected organizations like Milacron India and Larsen & Toubro. Working with world-class technologies early in my career strengthened my belief that the industry needed faster innovation, stronger technical reliability, and more customer-aligned solutions. Guided by this vision, I partnered with a Japanese company to introduce advanced moulding technologies to India and later built my own trading business to meet rising market expectations. This experience, combined with deep industry relationships, led to the creation of E Machines — a company built on the principles of technological excellence, disciplined engineering, and “Make in India” capability inspired by Japanese standards. My leadership focus is simple to elevate the industry through innovation, strengthen customer outcomes, and build an organization that stays ahead of market shifts. I'm responsible for technology strategy, modernization initiatives, and long-term growth direction of the company. Customer trust, long-term partnerships, uncompromised technical quality-these are central to how I lead and how the company operates.
