Monitoring all manufacturing process, clean room operation, unit operations like Vacuum distillation ,hydrolysis, workups, Filtration, de-Colorization, etc., Identification of bottleneck equipment and debottlenecking to improve productivity. Knowledge on lypholizer (freeze drier), rotavapour. Report the incidents, near miss incidents, deviations in plant. Faced regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, TGA, WHO. Investigations on process failures, first investigation report on incidents. Follow the CGMP compliance in the production unit and documentation as per CGMP. Follow the standard Operation procedures, use, maintained, validation and calibration of production plant. Follow the safety and Environmental rules and handling all the raw materials and process equipments. Monitoring the abnormalities and Non-conforming products. Ability to work effectively in a team environment in multiple roles

Ensure the availability of raw materials for new products and repeater product and regular follow up with stores for raw materials. Review of batch process record and reports for new product development. Ensure that the dispatches are happening as per plan. Ensure that the safety and GMP is followed at every stage of manufacturing. Implementation of new ideas (sankalp) given by subordinate peoples. Responsible for TPM(total productive maintenance) in plant.
