It is also Vehicle tracking system, Walky Talky solutions, and Video conferencing sales and services Job Responsibilities: • All Company Purchase function related to Highway Toll Systems & HTMS • Purchase orders creation and releasing in Tally ERP and material follow up from local& global Vendors. • HSN code updating in Tally and same update material list for SAP Material Master • Resolving problem related to Material master data in Tally. SAP Support Project- As a core team member in SAP implementation project- • Design and setup system configuration for SAP MM functional area • Create, maintain material master records and vendor master records in SAP. • Involve in identifying the user requirements and help to design and configure the MM module to meet the specified operational requirements

SAP implementation Project: SAP ECC 6.0 - As a core team member SAP responsible for • Master data, Material master Standard, subcontracting, consignment, change and display. • Material and Vendor master creation, change and display. • Service master creation, change and display. • Purchasing Info record for standard, subcontracting, consignment, and pipeline. • Maintain Source List. Procurement Strategy • Purchasing Document, Procure to Pay with T Codes: Creation, changes & approvals. • Scheduling Agreement, Special Procurement • Consignment procurement, Pipeline procurement. • Subcontracting procurement, Stock Transfer Order. • Quotation & Comparison :- RFQ Creation , Maintain Quotation , Comparison • Info Records, Inventory Management. • Goods receipt, Transfer Postings, Goods Issue, Physical inventory count and posting, Initial stock uploading, Invoice verification.

Job Responsibilities: • Material procurement and planning- Checking material Purchase requisition in SAP. • Source Determination and finalization, Quotation comparison, Negotiation, Material follow up • Create, Change release Purchase Order in SAP. • Monitoring goods receipt and invoice receipt up to account department. • Follow up for payment release • Vendor development • SAP MM Support.

SAP Support Project-Responsible for • Create, Change and maintain material master records and vendor master records in SAP. • Create, Change and maintain purchase requisitions, requests for quotations, contracts and purchase orders in SAP. • Create and manage different types of supply sources. • Convert Purchase requisitions into purchase orders efficiently. • Enter goods receipts and incoming invoices and analyze the documents generated when they are posted. • Enter goods movements, including goods receipts, transfer postings, and goods issue. • Analyze stocks and transactions for inventory management and physical inventory. • Make customizing setting for purchasing, inventory management and physical inventory.

SAP implementation Project: SAP ECC 6.0 Job Responsibilities: • Design business processes and setting up organizational structure. • Design and setup system configuration for SAP MM functional area • Gap analysis on MM module and solution providing • Involve in identifying the user requirements and help to design and configure the MM module to meet the specified operational requirements • Act as SAP MM consultant to provide SAP R/3 consulting support, implementation and integration service in MM module • Write MM test scenarios, MM configuration document and user guide document • End User training based on the requirements and support

Job Responsibilities: • Planning Supply chain schedules in advance in preparation for monthly production plans. • Keeping in touch with suppliers and developing cordial relationships with them. • Negotiation with suppliers to minimize raw material and transportation costs. • Making sure that all supplier information and records are up to date. • Overseeing the development and utilization of a supplier database • Keeping accurate records of products, pricing and invoicing information. • Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons
