Currently working as Operations Head at Spectrum Talent Management a limited organization. With a core belief in the strength of people, relationships, and straightforward consumer truths, I have worked across sectors, markets, and teams over the course of these 28 years. Worked majorly into Staffing and recruitment Industry Operations, Account Management, Sales Ops, Business Development and Customer Service with emphasis on strengthening & leveraging senior level relationships to manage the P&L.
