Seasoned Leader with more than two decades of experience in Software Engineering, Quality Assurance & Project Management in FinTech and Security domain. In my latest role I’m working in QA and Test Automation. I’ve led teams across the globe, worked on Cloud and SaaS platforms, and helped deliver products in enterprise software. What excites me most is working with talented teams, building automation-driven solutions, and making sure quality is embedded throughout the process. I've been involved in building teams right from scratch, setting up offices and Engineering teams for start-ups, engineer software products, create sustainable and innovative processes for the team, and motivate the teams that I've lead so far. I enjoy challenges both in the areas of Engineering and non-technical. I believe that if an individual or a team is high on motivation, then it can create wonders and achieve significant heights. Outside of work, I like practicing martial arts (I’m a national-level Karate Referee and a black belt). I also enjoyed my stint being a singer in a music band - so I like to keep a balance between discipline and creativity.
