• Manage Dispatch Operations - Oversee daily dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods from the manufacturing facility. • Documentation - Prepare and maintain all necessary dispatch-related documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and delivery notes. • Vendor Coordination - Work closely with transporters and logistics partners to arrange vehicles and optimize delivery schedules. • Inventory Verification - Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm stock availability and prepare goods for dispatch. • Customer Communication - Provide updates to customers and resolve any issues related to delivery timelines. • Compliance & Safety - Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations

• Key Department Responsibilities- Monthly Training plan, Skill Matrix, Poison Test, 4M, etc. • Knowledge of instruments like- Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Vernier height gauge, Screw pitch gauge, Wire gauge, Machine vice, Marking surface gauge, etc. • Handling of 15 inspectors in a shift and proper inspection & timely defect free delivery of finished products. • Conducting the daily quality meeting • Responsibility of Inspection & packing through Bar coding scanning system. • Defect Analysis and improvement through 7QC tools. • Root cause analysis for various internal & external complaints. • Preparation of MIS for customer complaint, customer rejection, Final inspection, In process audit, Customer PPM, Layered process audit, Calibration, Incoming. • Responsibility of in process audit of Injection molding on daily basis as per control plan. • Monitoring of rejection, Analysis & Control on rejection at various stages of process. • Preparation of dimensional reports/PDI reports/Layout inspection reports as per drawing. • Responsible to attend various customer’s audit. • Responsible to resolve various customer issues/complaints at customer’s plant. • Preparation of customer complaints & customer rejection summary report. • Preparation of Quality objectives charts & customer wise ppm trend charts (KPI). • Keeping records of all customer related documents like Customer complaints, Customer feedback, Customer rating & Customer warranty. • Other Responsibility Dispatch according to customer and P Dispatch inspection, Dispatch Scheduling, Managing & monitoring workers team and material loading / unloading, • Reporting to Plant Quality Manager
