• Plant Layout and Design, preparing or interpreting designs, plans, costs and calculations of material in accordance with established standards, drawings and calculation procedures. • Creating parametric 3D Models, Assembly and 2D drawings for appropriate tools, machines, jigs and fixtures for manufacturing. • Improve manufacturing processes and equipment by adding advance-manufacturing techniques, working with manufacturing teams to develop and implement system that optimizes final product quality. • Review, approve, or modify existing equipment designs and develop budgetary plans and estimate manpower. • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, maintenance, inspection, operations, and quality groups. • Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of budget costs, estimates and documentation. • Technology Implementation: Direct and coordinate on the installation, inspection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of plant equipment and relevant technologies. • Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards in all projects.

• Develop and/or modify designs related to Oil & gas components by analyzing product specifications, performance requirements, and existing manufacturing capabilities. • 3D Modeling of parts and assemblies, drafting, do stress calculations and conduct FEA using Solidworks 2021 & PDM with quick turnaround time. • Internal auditor for API Quality management certification, participate in management review meetings. • Participate in design review meetings and project take-off meetings; decide manufacturing process and review drawings for manufacturing feasibility. • Analyze current products to increase quality, functionality and reduce cost of production. • Liaise with sales, manufacturing, vendors, and sub-contractors to meet competitive goals. • Respond to product development / functionality inquiries and act on fast-paced environment. • Support the client in Design/Technical Documentation using Product Data Management activities throughout the product realization process.

• Conceptual design and stress analysis, material selection and drafting of Coil tubing units, frac pumpers and other drilling products using Solidworks 2017 • Coordinate with production and field personnel to resolve engineering related issues during the manufacturing

• Conceptualize & detail design of high temperature, high pressure directional drilling tools using Autodesk Inventor. • Performing design calculations, selection of material, make drawings with GD & T, BOM and run FEA pertaining to the function of down hole tools • Responsible member at APEGA, representing the company, review and approve drawings made by designers & EIT • Interfacing with shop personnel, vendors, field engineers and sales personnel • Coordinate with vendors and machine shops to design and build test fixtures needed for high pressure, high temperature down hole tools that are newly developed • Promotes and ensures safety, quality and Environment policies and procedures

• Designing and testing new and improved MWD down hole tools, and implementing the improvements through to the manufacturing process • Design and Analysis using CFD tools such as Solidworks Flow; stress analysis using Solidworks Simulation for developing new down hole tools, prepare detailed drawings with GD & T, prepare BOM and assembling instructions. • Technical liaison with third party vendors, trouble-shooting tool erosion issues and preventive design and Engineering. • Support Maintenance, operations, sales, manufacturing and installation personnel

• Design and development of the new S3 system that lifts and smoothly racks triple stands of drill pipe, heavyweight collars, and drill collars with programmed sequential movements. • Arrange design reviews, prepare 3D models from concept stage through prototype development, conduct several FEA on various components and sub-assemblies using Pro-Engineer, evaluation and design verification process, testing and manufacturability analysis. • Prepare 2D drawing package with BOM for manufacture, vendor support, shop support and non-destructive testing • Material selection based on design yield stress calculations, weld design details • Application engineering to customize for various customer needs

• Design of components and assemblies using Pro/E Wildfire; coordination with the drafting and design engineers to prepare drawing packages. • On completion of design, act as a project engineer to assist production personnel in interpreting drawings and solve manufacturing problems

• Designed and drafted Heat exchanger coils and sheet metal parts using Solidworks 2006, Produced detailed design drawings and bills of material • Reviewed, corrected, identified critical parts, and improved the Quality of the whole HVAC coils and sheet metal components from Engineering department.
