Discussing and assisting in the implementation of changes as needed in the business model to assist in the growth of the business and improving financial performance. Responsible for the consolidation of Budget, Strategic exercises. Guidance on cash generation concept for the business and equipping all business managers with the knowledge of the same. Implementation of corporate tools for the progress of the business.

Heading the Finance function at Virbac Animal Health involving Treasury, Taxation , Management Accounting and financial accounting.

Handled various job responsibilities at Pfizer like Treasury, Accounts, Pricing

Joined up at the start up stage and moved from function to function. Handled functions like Accounts, MIS, Treasury and even headed supply chain during the 6 years with Pharmacia. Gained specialisation in MIS and even during the Supply Chain stint the MIS, Budgeting process continued to be handled by me.
