My 19.11 years of work experience includes handling BSS O&M of Active and Passive Network Elements, Projects, handling OMC-R and Transmission NMS Operations, handling Microwave and Fiber Transmission Networks along with some part of Optimization of Radio Sites, resolving Network related Customer Complaints with the help of various RF Solutions (in building / others) and Conducting Trainings (Technical, Soft Skills, Management, Leadership etc.). Presently working with Ericsson and looking after Managed Services of RCOM as Head - Special Projects. Earlier, was looking after MS Idea Cellular as Program Manager and supported HP and J&K Circles. Transitioned from Idea Cellular, i was part of Idea Cellular for more than 5 years, responsible for Circle Operations of HP Circle ( both 2G and 3G). I've also been part of the Trainer’s Pool with Idea Celllular. Earllier, i've been part of Bharti Cellular Limited, Hutchison Essar Limited, Ericsson India, Nokia India, Escotel Mobile Communications Limited and Hutchison Max Telecom Limited.
