New site rollout for Kolkata and RoWB • Site finalization with different Infra Provider as per RF Requirement. • Site RFI for I&C Activities till Site Integration. • Transmission Planning for Access and Backhaul Network. • Huawei MW NMS implementation. • BW optimization. Ring planning and BW aggregation to reduce BW cost. • Coordinating with MS team regarding transmission O&M issues. • Taking part in Planned Event for upgradation of the old working Sites. • Arranging of NOC AT(acceptance test) for new sites.

Checking the MW network ( PDH & SDH ) Log report ( via NEC ,Ceragon and NOKIA server ) on daily basis and carry out the optimization process to recover fading and interference issues, • Checking the RSL degradation cases for PDH and SDH and coordinating the O&M team to resolve those. • Planning for Metro Hub ,RRI loop, and SDH ring to give end to end protection.( responsible to plan near about 83% to the entire WB Bharti network ) • Plan to meet the planning guideline for hop dependencies not more than 5 and node dependency not more than 8. • Following up to make all new roll out sites visible through NMS and checking there log report. • Optimizing the frequency reuse pattern ( for MW ) to avoid the internal interference with the approved frequency spots. • Planning for entire Transmission Backbone Network for GSM Rollout in Bharti WB Circle. Network consists of both PDH and SDH Transmission System over Microwave. • Plan for rehoming to facilitate the BSC utilization. • Plan to meet end to end protection for ATER path for new BSC as well as the protection for ABIS. • Planning of Network connectivity and ascertain feasibility. • Co-ordination with different service provider for lease line for resource optimization and planning for last mile link connectivity. • Co-ordination and discussion with different vendors for finalization of hardware and software required for network implementation. • Conducting Microwave Link Survey by different agencies in co-ordination with technical team. • Review of result and taking corrective actions for resource optimization. • Co-ordination and supervision of installation and commissioning activities for timely completion of project.

Involved in Network expansion of RTL in the above mentioned circles which includes designing MW back bone and access links, frequency & polarization planning, interference analysis • Have experience in planning and implementation of NEC 15Gc and 6Gc network using NEC PASOLINK(PDH),NEC PASOLINK+ (SDH),NEC NEOi (2XSTM-1),(1+1 HSB SDH). • Have experience in working with planning tools like PATHLOSS • Planning involves Link Engineering based on terrain profile, clutter, Fresnel clearance, capacity dimensioning of the network based on proper requirement and interference calculation. • Have experience in planning network with Marconi MUX (UC&EX),OMS 1634,Fibcom 6325 For Backbone Network. • E1 requirement finalization for POI & lease line tracking & regular update.
