Worked with ABU DHABI POLYMERS CO.LTD ( BOROUGE is a ADNOC GROUP COMPANY) at Ruwais, Abu Dhabi (UAE) for XLPE Extrusion Plant fromApril 2013 to May 2016 .BOROUGE is a manufacturers of Polyolefin's, Handling world known COPERION Germany made Extruders and is a joint venture of ABU DHABI NATIONAL OIL COMPANY and Austrian BOREALIS.My Role:  Meanwhile as per management requirement worked with Polyethylene (PE) plant forSupport in commissioning and startup.Responsibilities:• Forecasting the requirements of production in order to achieve the product target.• Look after overall plant activities.• Making most efficient utilization of the available sources for production.• Minimizing the throughput time and work in process inventory.• Systematic production planning.• Reducing material handling and quality cost.• Building team spirit.• Maintaining all records.• Maximum Production.• Minimizing the scrap.• Optimizing process parameters for efficient production.

Worked with MODECOR Company at Al Jubail Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. From 2002 to 2013 Company profile: MODECOR is a leading producer of Decorative Surfacing Material. Modecor is Manufactures of Decorative Laminates, Melamine faced MDF boards, Laminated Wooden Flooring Melamine Edge bands & CPL Roll. The Company operates under the ISO 9001:2000. Certification indicating its commitment towards Total Quality & Customer satisfaction. Job Profile: Acted as a Production Engineer. A) During project (Construction) phase worked along with main Machinery / Plant supplier (M/S HYMMEN Gmbh - GERMANY) for the installation of main machinery & other associated auxilaury equipments (Compressor, Chiller, Boiler, Hot oil unit, Hydraulics Systems etc.) Also involved in commissioning of above said Machinery & Equipments. B) To handle the production, planning, process control of, Edge Band, decorative Laminated sheets, CPL Roll, Melamine faced MDF/ CHIP Boards. From 3mm to 38mm thickness produced on German made Hymmen Press. Total Machine operating, process control & online quality control trained under the guidance of German Engineers.

Worked in Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia at “IBN-HAYYAN PLASTIC PRODUCTS CO. (SABIC AFFILATED COMPANY)...”As a Shift In charge from Sep’-2001 to March-2002.Assigned to handle the Production and process control of PVC Rigid, Free Foam andTransparent, Extruded as well as Co-Extruded Sheets, being produced on GermanMade “KRAUSS MAFFEI” Extruders.

Was employed in India with “GALAXY PLASTICS (BOMBAY) PVT LTD” at Akola, from March 97 to Sept 2001, As an Assistant Production Manager, My responsibilities included total production planning and process control of Rigid PVC Plane, Corrugated Roofing Sheets and PVC Foils (0.2 to 0.6mm) being produced on Italian made “OMAM” Extruder and handled Thermoforming unit of Machine Craft.

Was employed in India with “TRUPTI PLASTICS LTD” at Jalgaon, from July 95 to Feb.97 initially assigned as a Project Manager to handle the entire project work of P.C, Rigid, PVC Free Foam Sheet. During the assignment I was deputed by the management to Switzerland, for making an inspection as well as trial of the Extruder line for manufacturing that had been proposed for the Import by a Co, called Tetovile

Was employed in India with “CAPRIIHANS INDIA LTD” (Kalpataru Groups of Co. Mumbai) at Daman, from July 94 to June 95 as an Production Executiveto handle the total production, planning routine maintenance, process control ofPVC Rigid, Free Foam and Flexible Sheets, which being produced on Germanmade “REIFENHAUSER” Extruders

Was employed in India with “JAIN IRRIGATION SYSTEMS LTD.” As a Production Supervisor from Dec-1991 to June 1994. For there PVC Free Foam, PVCRigid Sheet manufacturing Plant which being produced on Austrian made CINCINNATI Extruders. (100 % Export Oriented manufacturing of PVC Free Foam Sheet in India)Unit-Pioneers in the   Jain Irrigation is manufacturers of Drip and Sprinkler Irrigation Systems,  Components. PVC, Polyethylene (HDPE, L Plastics Sheets (PVC & PC Sheets). Divisions are ISO-9001:2001 & ISO-14001:2004 accredited by RWTUV, Germany.
