• Responsible for CS&L KPIs. • Responsible for CS&L budgeting and controlling spends • Responsible For WH management and inventory accuracy . • Responsible for operational safety . • Responsible for setting WH SOPs and processes optimization . • Design , review and improve customer service and WH standard operating procedures and set the linkage to other internal and external business functions to derive business excellence . • Design and set service level agreement between plant and customers . • Manage Order creation , fulfilment ,dispatches and billing shipments for Middle east and Africa ( KSA , UAE , Oman , Kuwait , Jordon , Lebanon , Iraq , Libya, Yemen, Palestine and Mauritius ) equivalent to $600 Million per annum. • Responsible for team development , execution , review and reward and recognition . *Major contribution to productivity through DPS ($60,000) , DPR($158000).

1. Manage shipments of $100 Million. 2. Responsible to process and ship sales orders for all Gulf Markets and New developing Markets. 3. Manage bookings for trucks and containers. 4. Arrange 3rd party manufacturer in system by posting GRs, PGIs ,reconciliation and documentation. 5. Work closely with 3rd Party Logistics for stock allocation and clearance. 6. Support Quality/Sales team on Audit with in traceability requests. 7. Support customs Audit with by providing shipping documents required. 8. Manage and resolve customer complains. 9. Lead Mid -year and End-Year stock count in plant and 3PL warehouses.
