Reporting daily operation and production to Refinery Controller for : *Monitoring and Controling Cost - Ensure consumable plant,chemical,utility,project expantion and fixed cost within the budget * Plant Quality -Ensure quality of product according to local market and export shipment accorsing to buyer required -Ensure quality of brand product cooking oil according to customer required * Plant Quantity -Ensure design plant for throughput refinery and fractionation, product yield, utility consumption and minimize production loss within budget -Ensure design capacity for each line of filling machine as the difreeent brand and packing * Management Review -To manage daily meeting Production Planning Inventory Control according to supply chain target to follow the marketing forecast -To lead weekly and monthly operational review meeting -To manage management representative to follow the regulation and achieve certification required for palm oil industry To Manage and Responsibility for : 1. WTP and WWTP 7.Quality Control Building 8.Main office and Front Office Building *To monitoring of PID and Equipment as per spec with Manufacture Data Record. *To created SOP and WI with reference from Operating Manual and Technical data sheet. *To set up organization chart and Man power Planning. *To created daily, weekly, monthly report and yearly budgeting. *To control and monitor activity Healthy Safety Enviroment. *To monitor all the system readiness and preparation the team for pre commisioning and commisioning as per schedule. Special Task : *To set up management system as requirement certificatio on schedule. *To lead and catch up schedule the critical path operation preparation to support plant operation. *To lead the pre commisoning and Commisioning team during hand over project consorsium to plant owner.
