Working at Transport Business Unit (TBU) within the Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) to develop and manage the city's extensive, integrated mobility network. This unit is responsible for both planning and operations. The TBU is developing a multimodal network that includes a variety of transport options: o Buses and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). o Metro systems within Qiddiya City. o Micromobility and Mobility on Demand services. o Cable cars and eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) options. o A high-speed rail connection linking Qiddiya to King Salman International Airport and downtown Riyadh.

Project: 1- Jeddah Stadium Project is a flagship sports infrastructure development currently under construction in Jeddah. As part of Saudi Arabia’s strategic investment in modern sports facilities, the stadium is designed to meet international standards for major sporting events. 2- Riyadh Metro Project is a mega-project in Riyadh, with a value of $26 Billion. The metro segments and stations' construction include boring tunnel machines, launching girders, and other modern construction equipment. Responsibilities: Directed risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and monitoring of project risks, and developed mitigation strategies to safeguard objectives. Lead quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) and cost risk modelling, providing scenario-based insights and recommendations to senior management. Prepared and delivered monthly progress and risk reports for executive stakeholders, highlighting key exposures, trends, and mitigation actions. Conducted forensic schedule and delay analysis, substantiating claims and advising on recovery strategies to minimize project impacts. Developed and maintained detailed project schedules and micro-phasing plans, ensuring alignment with critical milestones and optimizing resource allocation. Coordinated project controls functions by integrating cost, schedule, and risk data to provide accurate forecasts and variance analyses. Collaborated with management and project teams, presenting scope, cost, and schedule performance insights to support strategic decision-making.

Project: Haramain High-Speed Rail Project, Makkah-Madina, saudi Arabia Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain a Master Schedule that includes timelines, budgeted costs, and associated risks. • Prepare and present progress updates to the Client monthly, including reporting the design and construction progress percentages, identifying pending issues, and providing resolution recommendations. • Participate in the implementation of planning & cost control policies and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural requirements are met • Supervise the day to day operations of planning & cost control guiding in facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards • Lead in charge of rendering Planning, Scheduling, and Monitoring services effectively and as per the Clients planning procedures and Contract requirements • Responsibility to highlight areas of concerns with solutions to achieve successful and timely completion of the project • Review the workforce plan to check compliance with the Contract Terms & Conditions • Prepare the weekly and monthly Progress Report highlighting the areas of concern, milestone achievements, exception reporting etc. • Monitor the Project schedule utilizing early/late schedules, charts, and histograms • Preparation of recovery plans for delayed activities • Preparing a procurement strategy that includes schedules and budgets for all packages of the project. • Administer all ongoing contracts, including claim analysis and change order management. • Following-up with concerned authorities, consultants to secure permits and approvals

Project : MINA tower projects (500 Million SAR) and Jizan Medical City Project Responsibilities: • Preparation of Engineering Quantity Release, Procurement & Construction essential quantity curve • Preparation Cost Control Budget and Monthly Cost Control Report for each Project • Preparation of Project Schedules, S-Curves, and Man-hour Projection Plans • Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) • Preparation of target schedule, preparation of drawing and document schedule • Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report highlighting areas of concern, milestone achievements, exception reporting • Liaison, preparation & issue of all-time impact programs such as Extension of Time claims, substantiate / support claims, Cost Forecasts, EVM reports • Attend management & coordination meetings with the Client & Subcontractors, present progress overview and steps for recovery • Contractual correspondence regarding Progress, EOT Claims & other miscellaneous issues • Preparation of Project briefings & progress layouts • Preparation of recovery plans for delayed activities • Preparation of periodical Progress Reports and S-curves and comparison with actual

Project: Lyari Expressway Project, Karachi, Pakistan Responsibilities: • Prepare and updating detailed level construction schedules, including resources and cost loading on activities. • Preparing rolled up Progress Reports and Master Schedules for Senior Executives of the Client. • Prepare records and documents at the different stages of the project and submit reports to the higher officials. • Coordinate & attend meetings with various agencies Client, Sub-Contractors & Consultants. • Ensure that the activities proceed as per plan perfectly. • Organize labor and equipment's on the field properly. • Evaluate the available resources to make vital decisions regarding further requirements • Ensure Project activities are performing within budget.

Project : MINHAS Complex -Commercial Plaza (80 million PAK Rs) and CHEMI VISCO Fiber Project - Industrial Project (9 Billion Pak Rs) Responsibilities: • Manage, coordinate, perform direct supervision of construction activities and expedite, through subordinate professional staff, delivery and implementation of assigned construction projects within the schedule and contract limitations while ensuring the satisfaction of the Project Quality Manager • Review drawings before issuing for construction • Responsible for developing and maintaining Quality Assurance programs, plans, and procedures • Enforce the implementation of site procedures and forms • Attend weekly meetings • Prepare recommendations, including review of civil design drawings, documents, and specifications • Invoice verification and management of technical correspondence • Coordinate with technical specialists to identify and resolve complex technical problems • Monitor Project progress to ensure conformity with the approved schedule, engineering/ project standards, specifications, and designs • Interact with Sub-contractors for the execution of the project • Ensure the correctness and completeness of 'As Built' drawings, Review and maintain the master punch list and coordinate for completion of the same • Prepare weekly progress, monthly progress, and different technical reports
