Developed and deployed changes to forecasting and safety stock process inputs, which maintained service levels while reducing safety stock. Created Forecast, Forecast Sets, Forecast Rule & MDS. Participated in discussions on analyzing the ASCP Plan exceptions and recommendations with the users. Involved in setup of Supplier capacity constraint plan. Responsible for running & monitoring the Plan data collection, plan data pull and MRP Plan Requests. Assisted the project team and end-users in the functional configuration of ENG, BOM, WIP and INV. Involved in a feasibility analysis of integrating Oracle and Legacy System. Setup item Cost types, Lead time Rollup, Cost rollup using Resource and Material Overheads Did the design and implementation of conversion from Legacy BAAN System to oracle. Involved in the data conversion of items, BOM, On hand, Open Work Orders, PO to Oracle Designed custom form for users to Input the yield and deigned a custom program to update the yield on the BOM weekly.
