In my role leading technology for Honeywell’s Life Sciences business, I guide the global vision for architecture, R&D, & platform innovation across teams in the US, Germany & India. I oversee a large, multidisciplinary organization spanning cloud engineering, AI/ML, data, product development, SRE & QE. My focus is on transforming how technology shapes the future of life sciences by driving intelligence, automation & reliability into every layer of the product ecosystem. A core part of my leadership is cultivating a culture of ownership & innovation across globally distributed teams. By embedding AI, automation & advanced analytics throughout our platforms, we have accelerated engineering velocity, strengthened product quality & improved alignment between customer needs & product outcomes. Initiatives such as broad co-pilot adoption, AI-enabled test automation & integrated product analytics have empowered our teams to deliver value faster & with greater precision. I have also worked to elevate how we engage with customers & strategic partners. I introduced a structured engagement framework that deepened collaboration with Salesforce, AWS & global system integrators, enabling co-innovation and ensuring our solutions remain aligned with real-world operational challenges across the life sciences sector. Championing innovation across the organization remains central to my role. I mentor teams through the ideation and invention process, fostering an environment where experimentation, learning & bold thinking thrive. Through strong leadership in architecture, security, cloud strategy & quality, I ensure our products are technologically advanced & built to meet the stringent requirements of regulated environments. This role enables me to help shape the next generation of life sciences technology, bringing together cloud-native design, AI-driven intelligence & world-class engineering to deliver platforms that meaningfully improve manufacturing, quality & compliance ops.

As MD I led the India organization through rapid scale, digital transformation, and post-acquisition integration as Sparta Systems became part of Honeywell. I built the India Global Capability Center from the ground up, growing from 70 employees to a fully mature 300+ member engineering and product hub that accelerated our cloud and AI modernization strategy and became a benchmark for Honeywell’s global operations. I established the full APAC business and operating framework, including org structure, KPIs/SLAs, governance, and systems that were later adopted as enterprise standards. I also drove the development of a scalable, cloud-native Quality Management platform on Salesforce and AWS, introducing early AI-enabled capabilities to improve quality, automation, and customer insights. My role included leading site operations and building regional partner and customer engagement frameworks while driving strategy across planning, budgeting, compliance, talent, HR, and IT. I played a central role in architecting and establishing a multi-functional Global Capability Center (GCC) that anchored Sparta Systems’ $1.3B acquisition by Honeywell; accelerated the 'SaaS Pivot' by establishing India-based ownership of Product Engineering, SRE, Quality Automation, Customer Support and Professional Services. This high-velocity engine modernized the legacy asset, eliminated technical debt through automated testing, drove regionalized customer ownership and provided the technical 'horsepower' and operational maturity required to secure a premium strategic exit multiple. By fostering a high-performance engineering culture with clear pathways for growth, I maintained exceptionally low attrition and built a deeply engaged team. Through hands-on leadership, operational rigor, and a strong focus on cloud, data, and emerging AI architectures, I enabled world-class product and engineering teams to scale, innovate, and execute with excellence.

Led global R&D and cloud platform engineering across India, the US, Canada, Germany, and Poland, overseeing a 1000+ member organization delivering enterprise software for banking, fintech, and retail. Played a key role in integrating the US-based Diebold entity with the German Wincor Nixdorf organization, strengthening cross-cultural collaboration and aligning product and technology strategy across the combined global company. Architected a high-availability, scalable, and resilient multi-tenant services platform, enabling rapid and predictable application deployment for product teams. Led technology strategy across the software stack, including self-service automation, hardware integration, Machine Learning, Vision Analytics, Shrink Reduction, Anti-Skimming to deliver predictive insights/maintenance, anomaly detection, rapid prototyping, across the banking & retail portfolio to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience. Provided technology & thought leadership across the organization's connected commerce software portfolio. Responsible for leading end-to-end development of enterprise-scale banking applications across branch automation, monitoring, transaction processing, self-service, and omni-channel customer engagement. Spearheaded the global cloud platform engineering practice, driving the organization’s digital transformation through cloud-native architectures (PaaS), modern DevOps practices, and SaaS-based business models.

Held leadership responsibility across multiple business units, including software R&D, automation, configuration and release management, SRE, UX competency, and instructional design, scaling teams from 150 to 1000+. Steered the transformation of the Mumbai center into a global Center of Excellence and the company’s software headquarters, influencing engineering culture, processes, and strategic direction. Established the cloud platform engineering and operations practice, driving API-first design, PCI/PII/GDPR compliance, and a unified SaaS platform strategy. Architected a scalable, multi-tenant services platform that accelerated product deployment and enabled the shift toward cloud-native, connected commerce solutions. Advanced product strategy across self-service automation, hardware integration, rapid prototyping, and multi-channel offerings. Led the migration of legacy products to Azure and championed DevOps adoption, CI/CD, and 80%+ test automation to improve release velocity and quality. Drove ISO 9001-aligned quality programs, empowering teams to own deliverables and deliver bug-free releases. Led the global FOSS program to promote open standards and policy adherence. Built strong talent pipelines through innovation programs, technical talks, and institutionalized thought leadership. Established KPIs and engineering metrics to ensure rigor, consistency, and high performance at scale.

Directed global software delivery for CoreLogic, leading a 200+ member engineering and QA organization across multiple geographies and driving technical execution for five major business units spanning banking, risk modeling, business intelligence, valuation, mortgage securities, credit/finance, and real estate solutions. Established full engineering and project management operations for CoreLogic India, creating a mirrored extension of US and Canadian teams to enable seamless global delivery. Built high-performing teams through strong coaching, mentoring, and close partnership with business, technology, and product leaders. Played an active role in a senior leadership committee focused on process optimization and digital transformation across corporate shared services, contributing to significant operational savings.

Directed global technical managers and a 40+ member engineering team, leading offshore software development and QA operations in India. Drove product development and innovation initiatives that strengthened market leadership while advancing QA automation to establish repeatable, predictable, and high-quality delivery across core products. Played a key role in developing talent, scaling capabilities, and ensuring consistent execution as part of senior management. Implemented an organization-wide balanced scorecard that drove metrics-based performance, strengthened collaboration, improved schedule predictability, increased transparency, and enhanced release quality through reduced defect rates. Delivered scalable, data-driven engineering operations supporting CoreLogic’s position as a global leader in property information, analytics, and data-enabled solutions.

Led CoreLogic’s flagship technology programs, overseeing end-to-end delivery of high-revenue, enterprise products across credit, risk, and insurance domains. Directed cross-functional teams to drive data modeling, rapid prototyping, and product development aligned with industry-leading analytics. Worked closely with the Chief Economist and his team to design and operationalize predictive data models that powered CoreLogic’s highly regarded Home Price Index (HPI) and Case-Shiller Index (CSI), both foundational benchmarks for the US housing market.

Architected and delivered large-scale web-based platforms utilizing Ajax, JavaScript, C#, .NET, Flex, Java, and SQL. Integrated third-party payment portals to expand product functionality and enhance user experience. Implemented SAML-based SSO, improving security and scalability for CoreLogic’s technology solutions. Drove technical excellence and product innovation as part of the core technology leadership team.

Contributed to the full lifecycle delivery of four global ERP applications at Eastman Kodak, partnering with cross-functional teams on analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment across multiple enterprise modules. Played a key role in building scalable, mission-critical systems supporting Kodak’s global operations.

Designed and developed front-end (Visual Basic) and middle-tier (C/UNIX) components for large-scale, three-tier applications serving upstream oil and gas clients. Contributed to robust system architecture, high-performance processing, and reliable delivery of industry-focused enterprise solutions.
