Project Implementation manager:  Manage complex high bandwidth orders from planning to delivery.  Co-ordinate with all stakeholders to ensure orders are designed in line with customer requirements and review the works involved with the design team  Ensure relevant tasks are triggered in the system as per the design requirements and engage the relevant teams with details required to implement the design  Manage/track several orders and achieve agreed KPI’s like DOT (Delivery on time), Cycle time, and the target time for the tasks  Manage/co-ordinate the stakeholder queries for resolution  Initiate escalation process to ensure the timely completion of the tasks  Update the systems and stakeholders on the status of the projects wherever required. Delivery Manager  Ensure agreed KPI’s are in line with client/customer expectations – Orders delivered, Meeting the Agreed Ready for service dates (RFS), Cycle time of delivery, Quality parameters.  Highlight key areas of under-performing and work with the relevant teams for improvement.  Review the performance with the clients regularly and incorporate their feedback/queries till resolution  Handle Escalation/queries from the customer/clients and the internal stakeholders  Manage & Improve E- Sat & C-Sat scores and utilisation of the team members

 Bifurcation of Voice, DSL, and Data circuits to new Remote switching units  Installation and commissioning of all the equipment’s in Remote switching units by co-ordinating with all the teams ( Switch, Transmission, DSL, P&U)  Responsible for creation of Access network and OFC networks  Co-ordinate with Procurement team for the materials.  Co-ordinate with design team for the BOM preparation and for project approvals  Co-ordinate with Public authorities for ROW approvals.  Vendor/contractor management and approval of bills  Co-ordinate with internal teams and commission/de-commission/upgrade the planned activities within planned outage duration
