MAYA Health is an innovative entrepreneurship for women. MAYA trains women to become health entrepreneurs in their own community. These women go door-to-door in their community facilitating basic health services such as BP and sugar testing. Manage and coordinate the program so depth of community engagement along with earnings of the health entrepreneurs. Monitoring the reach and impact of over 100 community health entrepreneurs serving more than 300,000. Goal of this program - continue to self-sustainable, help other organizations including government to adopt and scale the program.

Working with a $250M SPAC listed in NYSE to close a transaction by YE 2022. Successfully screened, identified, conducted business due diligence, and valued an enterprise software company. Assessed management quality and evaluated more than 50 tech-enabled businesses in USA and Asia. Organized and conducted financial, legal and business intelligence due diligence.

Established investment process and made investments in equities after financial analysis and due diligence. Investments in public equities in the areas of technology, bio-technology and discretionary consumer goods. Identified and sourced opportunities in Biotech for private equity transactions.

Capital structure investments and trades based on fundamentals in Asia including Australia. Private investments in India, Japan, and Australia.

Led and implemented a quantitative customer segment study for one of the largest commercial banks in the U.S. Study involved extensive collection of household financial data and overlaying that with demographic parameters to identify the most profitable segments of bank's customer base.
