I have successfully led the implementation of an Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) to the ISO 27001 standard. This work involved leading the global organization (data privacy, vendor management, human resources and information technology) through the certification process to a perfect outcome. It is my ongoing desire to optimize efficiencies by establishing solid, effective and repeatable processes to continually mature working practices within the Information Security field.

I have been chosen to improve IT service capabilities at PPD. This exciting role is to mature IT Service Management by improving processes following industry best practises such as ITIL and LEAN Six Sigma, and to improve the usage of existing ITSM tools across all IT functions. In addition to that, I am partnering with the business to deliver and integrate IT services for business projects.

After transitioning Business Technology deployments into an operational service at PPD, I have now taken over responsibility for the global Mobility and Desktop Engineering group. As Data Center Manager I am responsible for operation of the data center infrastructure in 37 remote sites within the EMEAAA region and the primary data center in Cambridge (UK), ensuring Service Availability, Capacity, Continuity and Security within Service Level Agreements. I am further responsible for the implementation of a large number of different programs globally.

As a Global Technical Lead for Windows systems I establish global team collaboration, introduced global standards for system builds and system management and consolidated redundant systems in a natural grown environment

As System Support Specialist, I was responsible to managed all IT systems in Germany and Central Europe. This included servers, end user equipment, WAN / LAN, etc.
