To lead： warehouse manegerment. Foreign Trade Operations . Import and Export. transport for domestic. Customs, Customs Preferences and Rules of Origin execution. Trade Control Operations and Custom Broker Management, etc. in the respective country. To lead the implementation of global and regional and country measures and targets and representing the country perspective and interests. To set main task, targets and development plan for the team, plan for training according to 70-20-10 principles. Identify, and develop talents in the team. Managing the long term development of the Customs team, with provision for succession, and maintaining a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top-quality professionals. To lead regular meeting with Customers and other relevant authorities and partners (e.g. Customs Brokers), and other functional team for service demand, performance, issues resolution and corrective actions. To initiate innovation in the execution of Customs and Foreign Trade operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency. To establish Standard Operation Procedures across all sites and businesses for Customs & Foreign Trade Operation Chemical related Activities in country To report to regional functional leader immediately for any important Customs and foreign trade organization/regulation/policy changes in country, any change with Customs and Foreign trade team or team member, any risk/critical issues on Customs and Foreign trade operation, etc. To share, support and suggest to regional functional leader that help improve the Customs and Foreign Trade operation globally/regionally/locally

 Job Responsibility： Ÿ EDI system’s operate, SAP’s operate Ÿ Handbook's application and verification Ÿ Supplier (international) contact, confirmation cargo’s condition as well as unusual condition Ÿ Coordinated company other department's work Ÿ Import and export specially cargo’s certificate applying for: Tax-free equipment, heavy industry certificate, investigation book and so on Ÿ Report to direct boss about all of the works and makes the rationalization proposal every month Ÿ Control the cost for the freight, reasonable for the custom clearance. Ÿ According the different country’s rule point the freight cost, route, packing, document etc. Ÿ Help the project dep. make globe logistic program Ÿ Control with the forward, and meeting with the forward how to prove the work Ÿ Establish reliable freight and brokerage companies Ÿ Monitor with the logbook(handbook)’s balance and check the customs system Ÿ Supervise day-to-day operation of import and export; Proactively manage to continuously improve import and export process, teamwork and communication; Ÿ Handling good relationship with Customs and CIQ

 Job desponsibility： Ÿ Handbook application and reconciliation; Manage handbook and bonded Materials. Ÿ Report with the customs &CIQ if they need! Ÿ Monitor shipping and delivery schedule to customers in cooperation With customer service, follow up shipment and maintain daily operation. Cooperate with the purchase warehouse! Ÿ Collect the import & export document and develivery to the fin’s Department! Ÿ Supervise customs declaration process as well as CIQ inspection together with customs officer, maintain and close logbook Ÿ Apply for several of import licenses. Ÿ Import the date in the SAP and control the data’s true! Ÿ Be good at the OFFICE system
