■ Providing specialised evaluation support to the UNICEF Evaluation Office in New York, on UNICEF's portfolio of global evaluations for: - Goal Area 1 (Survive and Thrive) - Goal Area 3 (Protection from Violence and Exploitation), - Goal Area 4 (Safe Water, Sanitation and Hygiene).

■ Providing specialised MEL support on the Fondation Botnar-funded Healthy Cities for Adolescents Programme; delivering MEL capacity building and support for project grantees in India and Vietnam; developing programme-wide learning reports to capture lessons across all 6 geographies. ■ Developing and examining evidence on FCDO's flagship gender-based violence programme - Stopping Abuse and Female Exploitation (SAFE) in Zimbabwe; analysing qualitative data across three cohorts of the programme to identify changes in female empowerment, gender norms, family violence etc. ■ Serving on FCDO's Africa Regional Climate and Nature (ARCAN) Programme MEL Unit; evaluating FCDO's flagship climate finance (AAAP) and transboundary water management (CIWA) programmes; analysing the ARCAN portfolio’s contribution to climate change management using the OECD-DAC criteria of evaluation. ■ Conceptualised qualitative and quantitative MEL tools to help the Department of Forests and Rural Affairs (DeFRA), UK Government measure and improve evidence-led climate change programming in low-resource settings.

■ Liaised with partner governments to transform multi-sourced socio-economic, environmental, and governance (ESG) data (including gender)- into structured statistics. ■ Led statistical capacity building workshops for government agencies and academic institutions in India (NITI Aayog), Indonesia, and Malaysia. ■ Developed and presented ADB’s research on global value chains to economists from 12+ Central Asian economies.

■ Selected as one of two interns from the University of Oxford to work with researchers from UDEP, Peru on a project exploring the role of family networks in access to rural credit. ■ Co-led extensive literature review and data processing on credit supply heterogeneities, in Peru and across Latin America.

■ Managed a research desk for the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD), Government of India. ■ Evaluated gender gaps in India’s economic empowerment, education, and health programmes across 15+ Ministries and Departments; developed policy briefs for the Union Minister MWCD. ■ Analysed India’s performance on global gender indices (including Multidimensional Poverty Index, Global Gender Gap Index); contributed to developing the frameworks for India’s National Gender Index and National Nutrition Index.

■ Served on the UNICEF Myanmar evaluation of the Maternal and Child Cash Transfer Programme in Myanmar; authored the final evaluation report and received a 'Highly Satisfactory' rating from UNICEF Myanmar. ■ Lead analyst for the NITI Aayog evaluation of the Government of India's 6 flagship rural development programmes – including the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), the world’s largest public works programme. ■ Served on a national level team on a NITI Aayog evaluation of the Government of India's women and child development portfolio including the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Programme - one of the world's largest integrated child and family care programmes.

■ Supported Amnesty International India’s Human Rights Education vertical in developing workshop modules on various human rights issues. ■ Conducted policy workshops on online violence against women and hate crimes in 7 colleges across 3 universities in North India, reaching out to over 3500 college students. ■ Delivered workshops to raise awareness of bullying as a human rights issue- in 6 schools in New Delhi; 4 independently and 2 in association with Amnesty International India reaching out to over 4000 school students.

■ Analysis of School Fee Regulation in India: Designed a comparison metric for analysing policy goal indicators pertaining to fee regulation in schools in 8 States in India. ■ Authored a research paper analysing India’s food fortification policy; developed a research article on India’s poor learning outcomes and the need for customized teaching in schools.

■ Authored a research paper titled ‘Globalization is the New Colonization’ which explored present trends in global inequality, and effects on local consumers and producers. ■ Developed a research article titled ‘Does India’s Mid-Day Meal Scheme Work?’ which explored the performance of this food assistance programme across India.

Thesis: 'Examining the pathways through which cash transfer programmes influence patterns of Intimate Partner Violence in Low-and-Middle-Income Countries (LMICs): A Qualitative Evidence Synthesis.
