Achieved MFRPSI as a credential to recognise my current stage of development. Continue to use the RPS Faculty process and resources in my continuing professional development.

Qualified and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacist in 2011 and have continued to practice in a variety of care settings since. Predominantly my experience has been focused on clinical pharmacy in hospital settings, but I have had good experience working in Community Pharmacy, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) as well as national bodies.

GenerationQ is our 18-month part time, funded leadership development programme for senior leaders in clinical and non-clinical roles from across the UK. Developing the skills and techniques to lead and deliver improvements across services and organisations. Joining a network of skilled and effective leaders who are able to have an impact on improving quality of care beyond their immediate sphere of influence.

Leading on strategic improvement projects for pharmacy and medicines optimisation services across the organisation. Focus on informatics, medicines supply automation and seven day clinical pharmacy services in order to improve productivity and quality of services. Support delivery of Hospital Pharmacy Transformation Plans (HPTPs) as per recommendations of Lord Carter's national review of acute hospitals.

Leading the programme of work that brings together the pharmacy and medicines optimisation projects as part of the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) programme. Working closely with multiple partners, including senior/executives to develop and implement a series of system wide projects across health and social care for the population of SE London. Focus on pharmacy aseptic services, medicines supply chain, data driven care and clinical pharmacy services.

To draw on pharmacy practice experience, to review potential GPhC registration assessment questions for content relevance and perceived level of difficulty - reaching a final joint decision on each question in collaboration with the rest of the panel.

To effectively organise and facilitate learning events on a range of clinical and professional subject areas across Essex as part of the East of England Team.
