Handling Payroll activities for European Africa client countries Attainments: 1. Selected as Subject Matter Expert for the German Payroll transition for 3 clients from Munich, Germany. Have got opportunity to travel to Germany to learn and transition the core payroll delivery to GDS- Bangalore location. 2. Selected as core team member to travel to Germany for transition of 4 major MCPO client payroll from the German country team members. 3.Streamlining the various Payroll process in Germany and automation of uploading format to the DATV tool(German Payroll Tool). 4.Setting new methods for the calculation of variable inputs. 5.Proposed and streamlined the process of Sweden variable automation and Finland voucher formatting. 6.Handling payroll processing & base file generation for European countries. Supporting the documentation & SOP generation process for the department. 7.Identifying the training needs of the new joiners & team mate. KRA’s Payroll: Preparation of Payroll base file & validation to ensure the employees records are updated with accurate information. 1.Incorporation of accurate pay information while Payroll processing. 2.Creation and modification of Payroll records using DATV as the base. 3.Handling daily group mail box for sorting the queries from employees, ER team & other departments.

KRA’s Payroll:  Preparation of Payroll base file & validation to ensure the employees records are updated with accurate information.  Incorporation of accurate pay information while Payroll processing.  Creation and modification of Payroll records using SAP as the base.  Generating various reports using SAP tool like – Resignation report, RTR report, Salary change report, Bank details, etc. and using them for verifying the payroll inputs.  Defining employees’ occupation code as per the client requirement.  Coordinating with various consultant for tax verification.  Preparing bank advice files and sharing the same to the banking team.  Calculations & validation of variable payouts with the accurate precision with time bound basis.  Preparation of various audit reports & distributing among the peers & seniors for future references.  Preparation, consolidation & validation of various inputs for the payroll before the payroll cut-off date.  Handling daily group mail box for sorting the queries from employees, ER team & other departments.  Preparation of Dash board report.

 Streamlining the HR functions starting from Joining Process till Exit of employees.  Payroll processing including Attendance management.Implementation of Payroll software.  Recruitment, Selection & On boarding via various job portals & NGO support.  Handling 700+ employees of 3 brands (UPSOUTH, BONSOUTH & SOUTHINDIES) spread across Bangalore & Pune.  Constant interaction with Employees, Unit Managers, Finance Department and other essential Departments to smoothen HR activity.  Handling activities of the Admin Department for Corporate Office segment.  Handling enquiries and complaints regarding PF, ESIC and compliance solving the issues.  Planning & implementing HR strategies to meet Branch employees.  Calculation of budgeted staff & validating the Sanctioned & Actual staff.  Developing different formats for the full proof HR Policies functioning.  Supporting my MD for designing matrices for the Corporate Staff & implementing reviews functioning for better inter departmental communication & coordination.  Developing strategies for implementation of Reward & Recognition activities for the employees in different segments like QSR & Fine Dining separately.
