Risk and Regulatory Change Management Consultant - Banking & Financial Services Clients Responsible for business development, client pursuits, proposal preparation, research surveys, development of methodologies and project delivery on Liquidity Risk Management, Operational Risk Management and Regulatory Change Developments. Led client specific challenges related to 'Global Regulatory Changes' - how regulatory changes impact business and operations? how should banks approach the changing regulatory agenda and manage implementation of these changes? Devised an 'Impact Assessment Framework' in response to Financial Conduct Authority’s “Conduct of Business” agenda for financial services firms – developing an approach and methodology to manage Conduct Risk.

Responsible for establishing (year 2008) and leading the Risk Advisory Practice for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance industry segments – client pursuits; preparation of methodologies, risk and regulatory frameworks, proposals; and delivery of risk and regulatory engagements. Led the development of methodologies, research surveys, and training on Operational Risk Management and Solvency II compliance in 2010. Managed global client account relationships delivering risk, regulatory and compliance engagements for 'C'-suite officials.

Conceptualised consulting and outsourcing solutions for clients in banking, energy and manufacturing industry segments. Developed professional and business relationships to grow business.

Led the establishment of assurance services - business development and offerings for existing and prospective multi-national clients. Responsible for performing end-to-end processes reviews, risk assessments and development of internal audit programs for clients in banking & financial services, manufacturing, aviation and media industry. Led and managed special risk consulting engagements for World Bank, Reserve Bank of India and Comptroller Auditor General of India.
