A chartered accountant by education, I explored the beauty and skin care segment in India and abroad for two years. Backed by strong research, we established India’s first organic beauty brand- Organic Harvest in 2013. I chose entrepreneurship over a dynamic career with Ernst and Young, where I worked for five years. In 2007, I launched Innovadia LLC, my first venture, an education venture working as a legislature financed program under the US Federal Government, with more than 20,000 US students. I am an avid proponent of innovation and consider it a benchmark for any industry. In 7 years we have successfully taken Organic Harvest to new heights, with reach in over 50000 outlets, 11 exclusive brand outlets across India and have launched more than 100 SKUs of organic beauty products. The company has already marked its presence pan India and has effortlessly captured the Indian market. I foresee it as becoming a leading brand in much competitive personal care industry of India. Personally, I enjoy globetrotting and have travelled more than 20 countries. I love meeting new people & enjoy North Indian food. I have the knack of identifying the growth opportunities at very early stage & have the capabilities to execute the complex projects.
