I am a committed Development Professional with more than 9+Years of progressive experience in the development sector, focusing on education, women’s empowerment, community mobilization, watershed management ,Agriculture, Horticulture, Health and Nutrition, Gender , livelihood generation, and grassroots institution building. My professional journey has taken me across diverse geographies—working with tribal communities in Rajasthan, rural women entrepreneurs in CSR projects, and out-of-school girls in Uttar Pradesh. Currently, I serve as a District Program Officer with Educate Girls (Vidya Program) in Budaun, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, I lead district-wide initiatives that the enrolment, retention, and improved learning outcomes of out-of-school girls aged 5–14. This includes not just managing day-to-day program operations but also developing community institutions, engaging with local stakeholders, ensuring program monitoring, analyzing data for informed decision-making, and preparing district-level plans and reports. and Alignments with the Government Department . My professional path reflects a strong commitment to sustainable community systems, gender equality, and child education. I firmly believe that development cannot be imposed from outside—it must be rooted in the community itself. Whether through Self-Help Groups, Federations, Panchayat platforms, or volunteer-led initiatives, I focus on creating ownership at the grassroots level. The common thread running through all my experiences is the conviction that education, empowerment, and livelihoods form the triad of sustainable social transformation.
